How do I make a reservation with Eager Drive?
Reservations can be made online through our website. Provide the required details, including pickup/drop-off dates, location, and preferred vehicle type. We recommend making reservations in advance to ensure vehicle availability.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation, subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellation and modification fees may apply, depending on the timing of the changes. Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Terms of Use for detailed information regarding our cancellation and modification policy.
What are the requirements to rent a car?
To rent a car from our company, you must meet the following requirements:
Be at least 21 years old (25 years old for luxury and specialty vehicles)
Hold a valid driver’s license, issued at least one year prior to the rental period
Present a valid credit card in your name for payment and security deposit
Provide a valid proof of identification (passport, national ID, or driver’s license)

Yes, additional drivers can be added to your rental agreement. Each additional driver must meet the same requirements as the primary driver and present a valid driver’s license. An additional driver fee may apply.
Late returns may be subject to additional charges. We offer a grace period of [1 hour] before an extra day’s rental fee is applied. It is advisable to inform us in advance if you anticipate returning the vehicle after the agreed-upon drop-off time.
You are responsible for any damage that occurs to the vehicle during your rental period. We recommend inspecting the car before and after your rental and reporting any existing damages. If you damage the vehicle, please notify us immediately. Repair costs and other associated fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
Our rental rates typically include a 100 mile per day limit; however, unlimited mileage can be purchased for an additional $55. Please check the specific terms of your rental agreement or contact our customer service team for clarification.
Yes, we offer child safety seats and GPS navigation systems (GPS navigation systems come standard on our vehicles). Child safety seats can be added to your reservation during the booking process or requested at the rental counter upon pickup. Additional charges may apply.
No, we do not offer one-way rentals. However, within a reasonable radius, we do offer Custom delivery and pickup options for guests. Please specify your one-way rental needs during the reservation process or contact our customer service team for assistance.
